Take one granddaddy of funk, 19 or so of his funk family members, lots of colored dreadlocks, and you have George Clinton & the P-Funk All-Stars. The P-Funks are the leftovers/ funk-incarnations of Clinton's Parliament/ Funkadelic days. Clinton and the P-Funk All-Stars spent much of the 1990s touring, feeding funkateers classics and new bits of acid-infused, hip-hop and soul.
